Service & AMC
Annual Contract Duration
Our service and AMC agreement is valid for a one-year period, offering reliable maintenance and technical support throughout the term. Contracts can be renewed annually based on customer preference and system condition.
Preventive Maintenance – Warranty Period
During the product warranty period, we conduct two preventive maintenance visits per year (once every 6 months) to ensure system stability and early detection of potential issues.
Preventive Maintenance – AMC Period
Under the AMC, we offer three preventive maintenance visits per year, including a detailed combination of online and offline maintenance activities, aimed at maximizing uptime and system life.
Online Preventive Maintenance Activities
Our trained engineers perform real-time system evaluations during scheduled online PM visits, including:
Monitoring and recording alarm history to identify recurring issues
Checking room humidity and moisture levels to maintain environmental balance
Measuring electrical parameters (voltage, current, power factor, etc.)
Verifying EC fan operation for proper airflow and cooling
Inspecting for gas leaks in copper piping to prevent refrigerant loss
Offline Preventive Maintenance Activities (AMC Only)
One offline PM visit per year includes thorough internal system inspections and cleaning: Checking and refilling refrigerant gas levels Cleaning dust accumulation from filters, coils, and internal components Inspecting and clearing the drain tray to avoid water blockages and overflow
