Job Overview – Welder & Fitter:
We are looking for a skilled Welder & Fitter with 3–4 years of experience to perform fabrication, welding, and fitting work as per technical drawings and specifications. The candidate should ensure quality workmanship, safety, and timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Welding & Fabrication:
- Perform arc welding, gas welding, MIG/TIG welding as required
- Carry out fabrication and assembly work as per drawings
- Ensure proper joint finishing and welding quality
Fitting:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Perform cutting, grinding, drilling, and fitting activities
- Assemble components and structures with precision and accuracy
- Handle repair and maintenance work of equipment and structures
- Identify defects and carry out necessary corrections
- Ensure tools and machines are properly maintained
- Electrical Works
Safety & Compliance:
- Follow all safety
procedures and guidelines - Use PPE (Personal
Protective Equipment) during work - Maintain a clean and safe work
environment
Required Skills:
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience in welding techniques (Arc / MIG / TIG)
- Knowledge of fabrication and fitting processes
- Ability to read engineering drawings and measurements
- Experience with cutting tools, grinders, and welding machines
Core Skills:
- Good attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
