Job Overview – Solar Sales Executive – Industrial / commercial Project

We are looking for a dynamic Solar Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in solar solutions or industrial sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and promoting solar products and solutions to commercial and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Identify and generate new leads in solar / industrial segments
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
  • Develop and expand customer base and market reach

 

Sales Execution

  • Prepare and share quotations and proposals
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

 

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand customer requirements and offer customized solar solutions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

 

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with technical/design and service teams
  • Support in project execution and follow-ups
  • Ensure smooth order processing and delivery

 

Reporting & Market Analysis

  • Maintain daily sales reports and pipeline updates
  • Track competitor activities and market trends
  • Provide feedback for product and pricing improvements

 

Required Skills

Technical / Functional Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of solar systems (On-grid / Off-grid / Hybrid)
  • Experience in B2B / industrial sales
  • Ability to prepare quotations and proposals
  • Understanding of project-based sales cycle

 

Core Skills: 

  • Strong negotiation and closing ability
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups

 

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship-building ability

Preferred Requirements
