Job Overview – Senior Back office Executive – Service operations
We are looking for an experienced Back Office Executive with strong exposure in service coordination and operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer requests, coordinating with service engineers, managing data, and ensuring smooth backend operations.
Key Responsibilities
Service Coordination:
- Handle incoming service calls and emails
- Schedule and assign service engineers for field visits
- Follow up on open service tickets and closures
Data & MIS Management:
- Maintain accurate service records and customer database
- Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports
- Track AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) details and renewals
Customer Support:
- Act as a point of contact for customer queries
- Ensure timely response and customer satisfaction
- Handle complaints and escalate issues when required
Documentation & Process Handling:
- Maintain service reports, invoices, and documentation
- Coordinate with accounts for billing and payment follow-ups
- Ensure proper data entry and record keeping
Internal Coordination:
- Coordinate with sales, service, and logistics teams
- Support smooth execution of service operations
- Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely closure
Required Skills
Technical / Functional Skills:
- Strong experience in service coordination / backend operations
- Knowledge of AMC handling and service processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Email handling
- Experience in CRM / ERP systems (preferred)
Core Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Soft Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Requirements:
