About the Company:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong exposure in battery sales (Exide preferred), focusing on B2B and channel sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding dealer network, and managing key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Drive B2B sales for batteries across industries (UPS, solar, telecom, industrial).
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and clients.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Channel Sales Management:

  • Develop and manage dealer / distributor network.
  • Appoint new channel partners and ensure their performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors.

Client Handling:

  • Handle key accounts and corporate clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable battery solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Market Expansion:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Identify new markets and segments for growth.
  • Promote company products and brand visibility.

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (service, operations, accounts).
  • Prepare and share sales MIS reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
